Honor System Rigged

I know this may look like an auto-downvote, but hear me out.

I'm not really here to appeal for the recent chat restriction I got, but anyway, I will explain what happened. Again- I can't say the following is right; nor can I say it's wrong. This is just background information; not my main point. You can skip this paragraph if you want. December 11th, I had gotten a chat restriction from one game of, well, not really toxicity. It was around 7:00 PM and my entire family was bored but it was raining so we couldn't go anywhere. I was in a game when my brother walked up to me and asked to play with him. Of course, since I would feel bad if someone left a fun game for me, I wouldn't leave the game to ruin 9 other people's experiences. I refused. Even though, my team was losing like hell. My brother said to try to forfeit. So I tried, but the response of my team was no. Then, my brother just takes my computer and types one message- ONE- not two, not three or more, but ONE. He called someone a loser. My account my responsibility, I support that completely, so my brother's actions were my fault. But where's the chance to forgive? It's one game, and even after that message, I apologized to my teammates for my behavior. One person probably reported me; the one my brother called a loser because he obviously didn't accept my apology and started flaming. From a previous chat restriction, I had been told by a lot of people not to talk back and mute; and that's what I did. I tried to calm everyone down; but after repeatedly being called a "troll", it got irritating. No more messages of toxicity though, I just let the stress come to one person and not four.

I had a previous chat restriction; which made my honor level go from 3 to 1. FINE. Then, I got this. 1 to 0. It was devastating and really discouraged me. This is my main point. I've really improved since my first chat restriction, and it seems not to be rewarding. Instead, it seems to be getting harsher. My first chat restriction, I had 5 games of around 50 toxic messages; even death threats. I'm very grateful that I didn't get a 14-day ban for that, and for that. Thank you, Riot. But this honor system isn't rewarding. It rewards the players that don't chat enough. Some people don't know how to play, and that's why you have to guide them- but nicely, of course. My brother- or my account, rather had done something that was against the "nicer" part. But when I submitted a ticket about this, the Riot support member couldn't argue a lot more because he knew I was right. I asked him to make my honor level back to 2, at least 1, but he said he didn't have the power. I will refer another situation with the Riot staff member in the next paragraph.

My main point starts here; The honor system is rigged. I played, according to the Riot staff member, 25 games THIS month. I'm going to get some estimates. -5 games, no honor -9 games, 1 honor -7 games, 2 honor -3 games, 3 honor -1 game, 4 honor Guess where I'm at. Level 0, checkpoint 0/0. IT'S RIGGED. It causes players that are reforming to give up. Last month too; I'm not sure how many games I played, but I'll give estimates after my restriction and honor lock went off. -15% of the games, no honor -20% of the games, 1 honor -30% of the games, 2 honor -25% of the games, 3 honor -10% of the games, 4 honor I was on break from school, so I even played more.

Right now, this riot member is saying that I played two games of toxicity. Nope. Neither of them. In fact, if you guys would like, I'll show you my chat with them.

Just reviewing; It makes players discouraged and want to give up.

Think of waiting at least 9 months before you can gain access to rewards again. Should I give up? Should I?
