Leaverbuster punishments are not issued for single games, that game was merely the final straw. If you hadn't previously left games you wouldn't have been punished. It is leaverbuster's job to make sure everyone rate of leaving games is within an acceptable range. On top of that, your issue is unrelated to the mode you are in. Your internet would have gone out no matter what mode you were in so it seems kinda disingenuous to try and excuse the leave because of the mode you were in.

I do have mixed feelings about applying leaverbuster to coop, but at the end of the day, those people are queuing up for a 5player vs 5 bot game not a 4player+1bot v 5 bots game. I may not care about coop. You may not care about coop. But that doesn't mean other people don't.

You don't get banned for one game.

LeaverBuster is actually extremely lenient in Co-Op vs. AI gamemodes. I would know because I was four minutes into a game yesterday and decided to restart my router. I rejoined the game around 15 minutes, and the game ended around 18 minutes. Not only did I not get LeaverBuster, I also received my First Win of the Day. Low Priority Queue is only applied to players when they have a history of leaving either competitive, ranked matches (harsher sensitivity) or consistent leaving of matches in general.

I know how you feel, I was playing a bot game last night with 2 of my friends and my internet just dropped dead it doesn't happen too often, but Riot should really look for if the player is actually rage quitting or just lagging

Ouch lmao. I agree leaverbuster in AI games should have exactly half the punishment. why?

Because instead of ruining the game for 10 players you're only ruining it for 5. So yes I totally agree the punishment should be half as severe (if any at all).

you need to have left quite a number of games for the system to take action, also, it isn't unfair for riot to expect when a player wanna join a game that they atleast have a computer that can run the game without crashing and a steady internet connetion.

haveing a leaver in AI can leave the game 100% pointless for someone wanting to try out something if they suddenly needs to change everything they are doing to cover up for it (exsample: if the ADC leaves when a player wanted to try out full support / top leaves so jungler has to solo lane insted/ ect)

also, the level range on AI games is much bigger than on normal.

stop trying to sneak around your own short commings with bad excuses, fact is, if you didn't leave so many games befor then nothing would have happen and thats your responsibility regardless if it's AI, normal or ranked.

simply stop leaveing games...

Lol it used to be much worse back in the days. I actually got banned for 24 hours for leaving ONE Co-op vs AI game and it was literally my 4th league game. I didn't even knew league had punishments for being afk back then.

But it can be actually hard for real new people to win against bots (yea I lost Co-op vs AI games :P ). Punishment should be less harsh in Co-op vs AI sure but like someone below said you don't get low priority queue for being afk in 1 game. You get it only if you afk consistently.

I like seeing people get punished, so I approve of this system.
