Chat restrictions refreshed after the patch?

I had received 25 chat restrictions before the patch, about 5 days before that I had worked down to 2 before the patch. I just got back on to see it's back at 25 and the games listed are the exact same that I got the 25 for in the first place. Did they change the system since the last time I had some?

I am sorry to say I cannot help you with this. go to https://support.riotgames.com and file a ticket there, they can probably help you better then anybody here can.
