I reported a player a few days ago who was flaming me and after I told him I'm gonna report him, he started feeding on purpose. He added me after game and told me he isn't going to get banned. I don't see him in my list anymore and I didn't remove him. Does that mean he's banned?
I can't look him up because he has a mis-spelling in his name and I don't recall the mis-spelling.

Just move on with your life. Don't bother yourself with vengeance. It's not your business.
Riot doesn't tell you so unless you up for stalking for awhile, no real way to know
you can find him in your match history and look him up. but as others have said you are making a mistake to continue to think about this type of player. especially days after it happened. you are letting him effect you still today?
worry about you. let the rest wash over you and away.
you won't know and it is none of your business to know.
Even if they did get punished, Riot would never let you know due to privacy reasons.
