Anyone know how I would see these Player Behavior Specialists contacting me? Thanks.

They are going to respond to that ticket. Just be patient; wait times could be longer than usual due to holiday hours. You'll receive an email update like you did with that, and you can go to Support up top and click "My Tickets".

Click support at the top of the page, then log in, "my tickets" at the top. I think you get emailed their responses as well.
