Maybe wrongfully banned

Hey I was told I was suppose to come here to report my problem for being banned, thanks for being respectful towards me and telling me how to further report my problem the right way, you guys are nice and hopefully we can discuss this out, also I already sent a support ticket with this text below me. Thanks.

I got a permanent ban for being harassed by two players, One player was about to steal my lane after I called JG first so he instalocked with Rengar, called JG, but I called it first so obviously I still went with my role, he changed smite to Teleport and decided to take my friends lane, So my friend (Yasuo) went mid instead. As it shows the first text of what I said because me and my friend were pretty mad because it was unfair for someone to just do this. I used the all chat and said. "Rengar tried stealing my lane after I called it first." "Reported." I decided to go top and help him out because he was troubled with Poppy and as we were about to get a kill he missed his ability and I pointed it out, probably not the best idea to say that but it's what I said. Then I believe he said something then I said, Why couldn't you recover? and I didn't want to start anything so I just said. "Gl top." But then he made me mad because he thought he was all that, thinking that he could just steal our lanes, egg me on, make me mad on a nice Christmas morning. (The reason why he got me mad is because he started talking mad stuff, I cannot recall though because the text only shows what I said, I don't have that great of a memory.) So I responded with... "Y u talkin m8", "Wanna start sh*t m7" Kind of joking around... then he said yeah I'm so afraid of in game threats which I wasn't even going for that or didn't want to threaten him lmao but okay. I don't recall what he said but I said... "I guess thats what happens when you steal lanes, you end up losing one." , "Cuz yer bad" , ("but only poppy killed ye" <- don't remember why I said that..)

So I guess continuing... still figuring why (I) got Perma Banned.

Okay so the second person who ganged up on me comes into play, basically harassing me, calling me a feeder but I point out that I had assists! I was 0/2/2 saying... "assistarino JG JOB DONE RIGHT." I said this because I was just trying to help the team not just go straight for kills, then he starts the whole I got more kills than you, you're trash blah blah blah... I cannot accurately recall because I do not have his logs. After taking some harassment, I'm frustrated, It's league and I guess you pay the price for being mad because apparently I have to be perfect, In perfect condition in order to play. -.- I get mad because MF made a retarded play, yes this was bad at my part, but I really hope I didn't get perma banned for this, even if though I'm sorry I meant it but I didn't keep it to my self, I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't mean it, probably didn't mean to type it but I don't think she even talked the whole game, Just kinda played. but yeah she left me in the dust and did something wrong and I got mad, But I didn't just continue it I blew off the steam right after that.

So after that incident, my apologies, Rengar all of a sudden starts egging me on, again, He says I like how "Vi talks sh** (or idk what he said) but her score is bad and Vi isn't talking anymore lmao. I responded... because I'd rather play the game. Then he said "I mean" I said "Oh you mean?" (Like oh so you meant something else? To harass me, Is that what you meant?" Then he said "I'm playing better than you and you were tlkin smack(basically what he was trying to get out). I said "I don't see you playing better than me." "All I see is you cleaning" (cleaning up, taking kills when other players are lowered) Then I explain what I was doing and why I was dying "Lowering them down", (then dying because I can't escape everything.) Then he basically just explained what I was doing like my purpose, so I just kinda laughed like whatever kid he tries to insult me but instead he explained to me what I wanted for him to understand.

Then after this, I just act like a smart ass because he wouldn't stop talking to me so basically I just responded to his questions differently than he expected because I'm not gonna feed the troll, but troll the troll yknow what I mean?

But after that... I started to get a little steamed and pointed out what he did wrong at a certain time, basically he misclicked I think I called him trash, maybe it was towards him, then I was talking to a different rengar in all chat and he started harassing me for it, Which basically this was all miscommunication I started to talk in /All chat with the other rengar because it was pretty funny what happend to him, he messed up and I said "You okay rengar?" xD then my teammate rengar was all mad even though I wasnt talking to him and I responded for him to go hug his mom because he wanted my attention so much.

So yeah... this is what happend on my christmas morning, merry christmas, hopefully I get unbanned and just muted forever I'd so rather want that, I just came back from not playing for months had some decent good games before that happend and landed in with a troll, I wish to keep playing this lovely game but I think this wasn't fair, and maybe the best solution could be is just mute me, I honestly don't want to lose this account after what I bought on it, and pretty much did on it over the years. All I'm asking for is a unban, you can perma mute me as a punishment so it's still justified, and my apologies to you Riot for being so disrespectful on your game. Have a happy Merry Christmas, or Hanukkah, or whatever you believe in and enjoying.
