Is this section part of the movement for more mod visibility..?

Should be pretty interesting if so, maybe GD won't be so cluttered with mod complaining stuff. Kinda sp00ky that this section just kinda appeared though. Was this an accident while testing it or will there be some sort of an announcement soon™?
