Im not sure where this goes to start off with but when I ignore a player its typically cause they are toxic and berating other team members make this shit permanent i don't want to see an end game chat with them going off about how bad everyone on the team is but them... like whats the point of the ignore function if its not working as intended... if this is in the wrong category im not sure
It is a well known thing that if you mute someone ingame they can still talk to you in the post-match lobby. However, you can, instaid of the mute button, type /ignore Insert summoner name here, and problem solved!
If you add someone to your Block list they will be permanently muted, including in lobby chat.

Also, is a Noob0nator like a Baconator?
Right click their name in post game chat, add to block list.
In the game, hit tab, click on the little sound icon by their item's list, and they'll be muted.
