The constant trolling/griefing/giving up/weak mentality question

So before I throw in the towel to this game for good.....is there any meaningful manner upon which Riot is trying to address the negative aspects of the game that the title mentions?

I feel there is no motivation for me to play this game since the negative experiences far outweigh the positive ones when I solo q...I want to know specifically what is being done to address issues such as

"I want mid...oh no...I troll"

"Oh you gave a double kill.....you are so bad....reported..."

And the list can go on and on as there is alot of cursing and negative sportsmanship... This hasnt stopped since I started playing again this year...and coming back to the game I can pretty much say every year gets worse and worse...but from this week I feel like this is it for LoL in EUEast.

Well, I just got banned for getting trolled in a couple games from my last 50 +- games. So I basicly find it stupid how when you have a good mentality in 95% of your games, you get punished for the 5% of the bad games you have while telling other people to stop feeding/trolling/flaming/being toxic. I just got banned for 14 days for three games I got trolled in and the trolls got the power to ban a person that didn't actually do much harrassment or anything. If you dare open your mouth and you are innocent (You are not the troll, you are not the feeder, flamer etc.), you literally have the chance to get banned or muted and I think thats the problem most of us are facing. Not the feeders and trolls get punished, but the ones who dare to open their mouth.

TLDR; the trolls/feeders etc. got to much power with this system, anyone can play the victim, even the ones that aren't. This system is flawed and something needs to be done about it indeed.

It's ok, because they're banning the 1% of people who use naughty words! : ) Who cares about people who troll and grief! Theyre being polite, and just having a bad game!

This isn't something that you can really say one thing over another. Each game is different with new players and so you will come across a few "bad nuggets" but it's not like you've never had a game with good players either. If you put an option for "Equal" I'd cast my vote on that.

Speaking of....for the first time ever in my LoL career today when I signed in I got a message from Riot saying that a person I had reported was indeed dealt with and thanking me for the assist.... I have been doing regular reports and so on for many years now but this is the first time I receive such a notification. I am putting it out there to keep the discussion going.
