What if honors got removed and ISF rewarded good behavior?
Like, it is called Instant Feedback System, not "catch the flamers".
I am pretty sure that someone is more likely to report a negative person than honor a friendly one. So, why not have the ISF scan EVERY game regardless of player reports to see and reward (maybe IP bonuses for very positive people or more key drops etc, rewards can be worked on) sportsmanlike players?
Now, remember, a "/mute all" player or someone that doesn't type at all except info is not a positive player, he is a neutral player. However, someone that actively tries to raise morale, provide constructive criticism (this one can be hard to be detected, I suppose) and work with his team should be rewarded.
Even if someone got toxic, he would lose out on so much that it wouldn't be worth.
And last, if someone was negative AND positive at the same time, negative>positive, so he would be punished.
This is just an idea, I can understand if this is hard or impractical to do, but good rewards for positivity with these (imo very) strict punishments should increase the amount of positive players.
