A friend took my account and played ONE game on it without my knowledge, and he wasn't happy with his team so he literally started running down mid and intentionally fed. I got a 7 days ban and now I'm honor level 0 - which I can't seem to level up from. I get honors pretty much every game I play (and no, not from like 1 premade), and it has been about 3-4, if not 5, months since I got there.

How long will it take to level up from there when you get honors as often as every game???

It'll take a long time to climb out of honor 0.

Find new friends. This guy was monumentally disrespectful of your possessions twice over, and incredibly immature around others. Hijacking a friend's account and then int feeding is the video game equivalent of taking a friend's car, getting drunk, and driving it into a tree.

Try contacting Riot. There have been some cases of bugs with the honor system. Not sure if they universally fixed it but you might as well give it a try.

You're either admitting to account sharing in public (account sharing is against the rules, btw) or you are lying about who did what.
