I was permabanned in league of legends after refuse to stop telling players who refused to try in a ranked game mode to try. Do I think that makes any sense that players who care about a competitive environment and willing to tell people who don't care for it to get out to be banned? No I don't think so but I cant do anything about it.

I do find it funny though that I watch my friends play and my brother play and see the stuff people are saying and doing and I never once see one of them get the message saying that the player they reported got any form of punishment.

My last game before being permabanned I proclaimed how I don't care about this game and don't like riot not once targeting another player and that was it no more game for me. Then I can see someone say go kill yourself your piece of shit or you mother should have killed you and nothing happens?!?!?!? If you can stand by and let that happen riot I expect my account to be unlocked because I am a fucking saint compared to kids these days

Definately not the worst chat logs I have seen, but betweeen your use of language, insult hurling at team mates, and overall negative and toxic attitude I would agree you deserve a chat ban; however if you have already had chat bans in the past it would explain why you were perma banned. Even if its not severe, Riot gives you suspensions and chat restrictions as warnings that if you do not change your behavior you will be banned and from those chat logs it looks like if you have been chat restricted in the past you obviously did not learn from them.

A chat ban teaches you that you are abusing chat and need to chill for a bit and re evaluate what you are typing into chat, by taking away your ability to be toxic and annoying in chat for 25 games Riot hoped you would realize that being toxic in chat is not necessary and that you can play without making everyone dread having you in their game however by continuing to be toxic after said ban was lifted you proved that you are and always will be a toxic player in chat and neither Riot nor its playerbase want toxic players in their matches so you were forcibly removed from their game.

As far as other players, being perma banned takes time; you weren't perma banned all of a sudden without warning; like like you those players get chat restrictions first and are given chances to reform before they are banned. First players must be reported after game by their team mates and/or enemies and if they are reported frequently in their games their account undergoes manual review to see if those reports are worth following up on. In your case Riot employees read what you typed in chat and they determined your chat logs were unacceptable, then came the chat restrictions and warnings, and even after that you did not change so you kept getting reported which made your account go under manual review numerous times until you were banned. For those players you have seen say far worse, they go through the same lengthy process. Also I would like to point out that even if you report someone and that person is ultimately punished, unless your report is the one that flagged their account for review you do not get a notification about the player having been dealt with; this means you can successfully report people who get banned and never be notified about it; unless you personally follow up on every player that has ever been toxic and have them on their friends lists and see them actively playing each day you can never know if they have been banned or not, however that still wouldn't mean they haven't been chat restricted or punished in some other form such as temporary suspensions or ranked restrictions.
