Riot needs a new perma ban system

I was permanently banned today and usually most people that are kids are going to say well yeah its what you get for flaming, when I was just agreeing with another person who was flaming because of a feeding teammate. Why in the hell, did Riot just perma ban my account that I have had since i started playing, I have bought SO much RP on this account and it is actually like making me want to kill myself right now, I have no other games I really look forwards to playing and to get home from school ready to have fun and play ranked and login to see that ban is just a little too much for me. I have over 2000 dollars invested into that account and now it is just gone for having two bad games in a row?! Riot are you kidding me?! I have playing this game since I was just a little middle school student with my laptop, I honestly think Riot has some sort of down syndrome with the way they think they are treating the community well when they do this kind of thing. I remember back in season four when I got my first two week ban I was absolutely devastated from that, but when I got it back I was okay and stop really flaming for a while, but taking someones main account something that I have spent five fucking thousand hours on. Yeah that is right I have five thousand hours on this account and two thousand plus dollars on that account and you did what?! YOU BANNED IT?! Yeah Riot you honestly need to find a way to give a punishment that is equal to what the offender did. You can NOT just go around perma banning people for having fun like that sure you know what Riot. go ahead! Ban my dumb ass for two weeks or a month that I can take for flaming, I deserve as much for what I did go ahead, but perma banning someone who has never even got the slightest warning are you serious?! I don't think Riot people know this, but I don't care who you are, you will get a bad game in league everyone does, you will flame and be sad or mad for a while because your team fed or something and that just happens its a game. I need something else to do and there is just now this big hole in my life where and when I should and could be playing some fun ranked games now I just sit around cry and wonder why the hell would anything think that doing that is okay? I know yeah flaming people in not the thing to do and sure its not okay but there is a line Riot for when you perma ban someone, and everyone should agree that hacking and steal others account yeah perma ban the people that do that, but when you do it to the people supplying you yearly with fucking money? I go to the LCS in NA every year I go to a lot of the festivals and you are basically telling " Stop playing our game we don't want you here and we are taking your account and two hundred days of your life away from you and never giving them back, bye and good luck ". I don't care what anyone says about me because its a game, but taking the game part away from me is just not okay. If anyone knows a way to have Riot give your main back I would be glad as hell to hear it, if you don't believe I was banned or how many hours I have on the game my user "was" Ulfric Storm. If you find a way to get your main back please reply other wise all you kids who think you are funny that are going to post "you deserve it" think about how you would feel if you got banned cause I know you flame to and then don't reply. Bye!!

Currently, punishments are dealt with in a 4 tier system:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

The way it works your first punishment will be the first tier, and every subsequent punishment will escalate you to the next tier of punishment, regardless of how "minor" your offense may have been. This means that anything that can get you a 10 game chat restriction can also get you a permanent ban if you do it frequently enough. You generally don't get a permanent ban for just one or two bad games.

Now, it is possible to skip the chat restrictions and jump straight to a 14 day or permanent ban if Riot determines your behavior to be severe enough. This includes, but not limited to, behavior such as using racist slurs, homophobic slurs, death threats, etc.

Knowing all this, there are two possibilities:

1.) You have received a 14 day ban recently, in which case the e-mail you received on that said that your next punishment (this one) would be a permanent ban. You have gone through multiple other punishments that served as warnings to you that your behavior is unacceptable, yet you decided to ignore them and keep acting the same way.

2.) Riot decided that your behavior was severe enough to warrant an escalation straight to a permanent ban. Now, based on what I have seen, normally when Riot does this, they generally give a 14 day ban first unless you're just completely over the top.

If you wish to have a discussion of your ban with the community, then it would be wise to post the chat logs you received. If you wish to contest your ban with Riot directly, your best bet would be to submit a support ticket about this. If you truly haven't received any other punishments since the one you claim, then there may be a slight chance that Riot will reduce your punishment to a 14 day ban. If Riot does this, then keep in mind that your next punishment will be a permanent ban and will not be lifted. However, if after doing so Riot still decides that your behavior is bad enough to keep the permanent ban, then there is really nothing else you can do.

EDIT: As for your statement that everyone flames, that's not true. There are plenty of people who are calm enough and have enough self control to not flame at other people. There's also plenty of people who do flame, but they do so by yelling at their computer screen so they can keep their anger and rage out of the in-game chat.

3rd time's a charm?

tl;dr:

I broke the terms of use riot permanent banned me because of it I had never gotten a warning (but then you said you had previously received a 14 day ban) not fair that I got punished for doing something punishable everyone else must flame because I do

Clearly a temporary ban wasn't enough to get you to reform, so riot took the next course of action. You knew the risks before you were toxic in game, but flamed regardless. If you think it was an unjust ban, submit a support ticket. If you want the community to help you understand why you received your ban, post the chat logs. If you want to continue playing league, you can make a new account. It's an expensive lesson, but hopefully you'll learn from it and go into games with a more positive attitude in the future if you do decide to keep playing, and try to make use of the mute button if someone tries to get under your skin.

fanning the flame makes you part of the problem, just because someone isn't a very good player doesn't mean you can mistreat them.

I think my favorite part about this is that all of the OP's posts are deleted.

PS: Pretty sure if they had a different system for permabanning people, you still would be.

Let's see the chat logs.

Just reading this post alone, I would love to see the chat log from your reform card.

The report system stocks and stores all reports filed on a player for reference when your punishment is delivered. Your punishment also scales in severity if you've been punished before. Your 'warnings' consisted of those fancy little things called 'Temporary Bans' that you received prior to this. Since you had a 14 Day Temporary Ban, it's pretty common to see that permanent ban if you're not reforming. I would love to see the reform card pasted in here. I think it'd make a nice addition to your case if you think that you're 'innocent'. However, I'm going to assume that since you're main post was full of anger and rage, that the reform card is going to show us all what we're expecting to see.

As for the amount of money you spent on your account, that sucks, but it's not Riot's fault. Your account does belong to Riot, so you don't actually own any of it. That's not going to hold any weight towards getting your account back.

If I was to get banned it would feel really shitty, but I am not worried about getting banned because I am not toxic and I don't violate the TOS that I agreed to.

I honestly don't understand why people have some much difficulty understanding the concept. Follow the rules and treat other players with some respect and it will all be smooth sailing. Or be toxic and do the very things that Riot warned you not to do, get punished, then complain how unfair the system is.

And you said down syndrome twice in your rant. Well deserved ban. Make another account when you grow up
