riot needs to start ip bans for feeders. players that feed on purpose and clearly have trolling accounts need an actual ip ban. could start with a week and extend to a permaban from the game for those who dont promote a fun and fair game setting. also riot could tweek the ranked system to not penalize the people who do actually try and it shows in their score within a game as much as those who go lets say 1/15 on purpose and clearly shown within chats that they dont want the team to win and dont care to die. its an unfair ranking system pooling feeders with those of us who actually try to play the game.

There are systems in place to punish these players who INTENTIONALLY feed. instead of just having a bad game. However since it is more difficult to detect than chat related infractions, the process for punishing these players can take significantly longer. Also - scores don't always accurately reflect working with the team and is not a perfect indicator for teamwork or feeding. Someone who is 5/2/0 can actually contribute less to the game than someone who is 0/10/5. To be sure that there are not tons of false bans a lot of these cases would require a manual review. The ranking system WILL actually separate the players who don't want to win with those who do win. That's kind of the entire point of ranked. Also - IP banning isn't the answer for any of this as there are potential issues with it.
