Wonderful example of a broken feedback system

After a 10 Game Chat Restriction I got very quickly after a ranked game where our team's "support" trolled team and ruined the whole match, I submitted a ticket to get an explanation and find out what in my chat log was deemed an issue. Here's what I got back from Riot that was apparently "toxic" enough to warrant a restriction and slap to the absurdly awful grind out from Honor 1....

Like seriously, cursed at a teammate once for a bonehead decision and the rest of it was discussing the problem player here and there with team. The level of absurdity for THIS alone to get me a chat restriction is so far beyond asinine it's utterly flabbergasting.

TL:DR - Go fuck yourself Riot, you've gone so far to the "safe space" that you are punishing people with legitimate frustration and normal venting for the kind of situation that occurred and rewarding trolls with the ability to report even mildly angry chats and get their victims restricted over a single curse.
