Would you report for this? ADC Ditching Support the entire game

So I've had a few games now, where I will call support after someone call ADC. When the game starts they walk to duo top instead, and not just because they are friends, they will avoid me the entire game and I'm forced to solo bot 1v2 as support. If they had said duo top or something I could have picked a different champion but they acted like we were going to go support/adc bot.

Usually no one will help bot for the rest of the game when this happens, as if they're avoiding helping support on purpose, even after getting ganked over and over they don't do anything. I ping assistance many times, no response.

Yeh, I'd say it fits under "refusing to communicate with team" Properly letting allies know what you're playing and where you're going is part of that.

Refusing to communicate has been removed from reports long time ago as it served as placebo effect for players who wanna report things that were not against rules like picking off meta things or going duo top or mid.

Let me repeat though, I'm not reporting for going duo top, if they had said that in the beginning I would have gone ADC, but no they said they were going ADC and im stuck as support soloing 1v2/3

Dynamic or blind pick. If its blind pick they dont need to say anything or declare their role. You dont have to pick support just cuz they picked marksman. If u dont wanna be alone bot just rotate mid and pressure. Top 2 will pressure too and soon opponents will move to match u on lanes. Adapt.

That would work except generally in the games I'm speaking of there is zero teamwork. If i try to ping assistance, they will tell me to stfu, if I go mid cause they're not helping bot they will spam pings all over the place and flame me, and at the end I've even had the whole team say they're going to report me for going mid when they are the ones who didn't help bot at all when the other team is tanking advantage of the 1v2/3 bot. This is one case where I feel very valid in saying 'refusing to communicate'/lack of teamwork is a good reason to report in this situation. The other team almost always notices that I'm the only one bot as support and they take advantage of it fast , and If i tell my team they are pushing bot or try to lane swap I just get flamed and threatened with reports.

Not saying this happens every game, but the games where I'm forced to support bot alone generally the whole team is not interested in any sort of teamwork or actual communication. Sometimes the jungler pitches in to help in those times but it's rare. The time of day I play seems to affect it too, like I either get a really good team that works together well, or I get a bunch of , for lack of a better word', kids, who do what they want and don't understand teamwork helps win the game.

Like, 'Oh hey, Leona, don't buy item 3302 1st item, cause I'm going duo top.'

"Refusing to communicate" is still against the summoner's code, so it's still reportable. And if you pick a marksman, and aren't going into the bot lane, you should let people know you're doing something abnormal. Off-meta is fine, off-meta without letting allies know you're going off-meta is not fine.

This is an example of why you're frustrated, not why you rage. You rage because you don't know how to deal with your frustration. Your raging ALSO negatively affects the game,, in addition to anything else going on in the game.

Frustrating event happens.

You can cope/ignore/adapt. In which case, the event has less of an impact on the outcome of a game. It still does impact.
You can rage. In which case, the event has a now greater impact on the outcome of the game plus whatever domino effect your raging has on your teammates. Plus, now your account is at risk for being punished.

Of those two options, regardless of personal views, I think #1 represents the path that best to winning. #2 just makes you feel better about yourself and put the blame entirely on another party in case you lose.

I don't rage when this happens, though, I clearly state 'I need help theyre taking advantage of 1v3 bot' or something similar, usually it's the other people who start raging because they're so astounded a support can't 1v3, start saying 'git good trash' and other bs and then eventually say I lost the game for them. So when I try to get help in a reasonable way and without any anger behind it, they will usually either not respond at all, or start trash talking.

This is usually what eventually leads me to report them, although rare, they're making it a horrible experience for someone to support 1v2/jg bot and they are raging on top of that.

It's frustrating and it's annoying but I don't think it's punishable. It's just them playing poorly or off-meta.

Also, I believe they took out refusing to communicate with the team as an option (or am I wrong?)

It's not the fact that they went 'off meta' i could care less about that, but generally if I go support bot it's to work with another player, soloing as most supports does not work well, I could have picked another champion if they did not say they were going ADC.

Let me make this clear, i am not reporting them for going duo top, but for saying they are going ADC which results in me going support, then I am forced to solo with a champion that usually cannot solo. And then add that to the fact bot is getting ganked when the enemies realize I'm the only one bot and I end up 1v2 or 1v3 the entire game as a support, ie unless I'm against complete noobs it's a ruined game

they arent going to tell you. because i know exactly what theyre doing. they are trying to report bait you. they are trying to make it look like you're a troll to the automated system. "no gold item and cs on a support"
