Would you report for this? ADC Ditching Support the entire game

So I've had a few games now, where I will call support after someone call ADC. When the game starts they walk to duo top instead, and not just because they are friends, they will avoid me the entire game and I'm forced to solo bot 1v2 as support. If they had said duo top or something I could have picked a different champion but they acted like we were going to go support/adc bot.

Usually no one will help bot for the rest of the game when this happens, as if they're avoiding helping support on purpose, even after getting ganked over and over they don't do anything. I ping assistance many times, no response.

Yeh, I'd say it fits under "refusing to communicate with team" Properly letting allies know what you're playing and where you're going is part of that.

It's frustrating and it's annoying but I don't think it's punishable. It's just them playing poorly or off-meta.

Also, I believe they took out refusing to communicate with the team as an option (or am I wrong?)

Its not a punishable offense.

they arent going to tell you. because i know exactly what theyre doing. they are trying to report bait you. they are trying to make it look like you're a troll to the automated system. "no gold item and cs on a support"
