Suggestion: Manual Self Chat Lock

I've never been the kind of player that goes around insulting people, calling them bad or insulting their family and wishing them to die. I've not ever received a warning about bad behavior (maybe once in 2014?), but sometimes I'm aware I do this kind of thing (I know you've had this in a game every now and then):

"Hey Yi, I'm not asking you to gank me, but please have some form of presence ANYWHERE on the map please" "You shouldn't roam when the tower is so low and I'm at base. Now they get Tower FB and I'm behind in CS blah blah" "You shouldn't build this because you should build that because this and that blah blah I have the right items and you don't bring anything to a fight"

You know what I mean. I try not to do this, but sometimes out of frustration it just happens and I know I'm not contributing anything to my team and that it can be annoying to them. Sometimes I type something in chat but then I don't press Enter, so the message never gets sent. other times however I can't help myself. So I'm one of those "I'm directing the game" kind of players, and sometimes I just wish I could lock my own chat before a game and unable to unlock it for the duration of it.

I'm not sure how often this may occur to other players, but I know it'd be a feature that would help me focus better, and then turn off my own restriction if I'm just feeling better during my day.
