@Riot Theres a problem when im the only one being punished

I am in promos. I queue up and I get a troll in champ select. the troll wanted to try out the new champ first time in ranked, but the team notices he never used the new champ before and bans it, the troll decides to target me for that ban and picks my pref'd champ yasuo for support and threatens to feed since they banned his champ. So I had to dodge for 5min punishment while he starts a fresh new q as if nothing has happened.

Next q after that. there was no reason for this guy to troll at all. he decides it would be funny to use vlad as adc, he also said he is tilted because of a lose streak he's in. so I am in my promos, forced to dodge, and what do I get? I get a 25minute q ban, while this troll gets to start a fresh new queue as if nothing has happened.

Can my account punishment reset, I don't want to get perma ban by dodging so many times due to trolls.

please reset it to 3minutes q time.

It'll reset to 3 minutes after 22 minutes.

Serious question: Why in the world would you ever, ever, ever, ever think it's a good idea to play ranked the week a new champion comes out? People wanting to play them first time in ranked and trolling you if they don't get it happens every release, you'd have to be mental to want to climb right now.
