Harassers and flamers...

Hi ! I am 4PPLYW0W. I am a silver 2 player and I want to show what is the League of Legends community like. So, let's begin : First of all, I want to say that this is my opinion and I don't want to get comments with : ,, Just report him or anything like that ". I want to make the League of Legends community better. Or at least I try. I guess we all had a flamer or a harasser in our game once. If you didn't, you are lucky :)).
