Toxic lulu/amumu go unpunished

Played a game , Lulu and Amumu flamed me because I did poorly but tried my best , they went into hate speech and tried to convince false reports. Take note it was a blind pick and they still insisted on flaming and being abusive. I already know a riot employee is just going to respond with some thing like "Let the system do its thing " but they'll still flame/abuse someone and probably not get banned - very well working system , rather ban the less skilled than the suicide inducing flamers
