Toxic lulu/amumu go unpunished

Played a game , Lulu and Amumu flamed me because I did poorly but tried my best , they went into hate speech and tried to convince false reports. Take note it was a blind pick and they still insisted on flaming and being abusive. I already know a riot employee is just going to respond with some thing like "Let the system do its thing " but they'll still flame/abuse someone and probably not get banned - very well working system , rather ban the less skilled than the suicide inducing flamers

I'm confused as to the concern you're having - are you saying that you are concerned that your reports did not count, or did you get banned and you think you should not have? If you think you shouldn't have been banned, please post your chat logs and we can review them and help identify why you were punished.

If you are worried about others getting punishments, please know that the system is very effective and reviews every game that is reported - it will issue appropriate punishment to those players who deserve it.

I wasn't banned or anything , just find it concerning that people like that get to go unpunished even when they go nuts

"player behavior" says otherwise, and those are just the people who are vocal about their bans. just cause you don't see it or it's not immediate doesn't mean its not working. just let it go and move on to the next game, if they keep it up they will eventually get what's coming to them.

There are multiple reasons you may not see them being punished. They could've received a non-suspension punishment such as a low priority queue, or a chat restriction. They may have not been punished for just one game out of character - usually (except for extreme toxicity) the system lets people mess up once in a blue moon. Also, you don't always get a notification, even if someone you reported was punished.

Thus, there's no real way for you to know if they got punished or not.
