Bad behavior (inadequate punishments)

Well, im here for the first time (sry for bad grammar, EN is not my native language) because i feel deeply disappointed in way this game punishes bad players. I will take an example out of my self. Lately on NA server i'm getting worse and worse teams to play with. It's like 10 loses and 1 victory. I got so frustrated that i simply leave the game because i find no joy in playing a match with team consisted of feeders or trolls who came to have fun by diving turrets at Lvl 1. So, after few leaves i've been put in low priority queue, which i'm fine with, i leave, i deserve it, and as a 39 years old granpa, i can do couple other things in the meantime :) But what about those trolls? One report is not going to change anything for those guys, they wont get low priority or something like that, as far as i have figured the only thing someone will get low priority or temporal ban is by leaving from match frequently. Nothing else, no matter how serious it can be won't lead to any action. I will take my last match for example. I played maokai solo top, and we had shaco jungling. In first 20 minutes of a game i got ganked abut 6 times by enemy jungler, and when i asked for a help shaco said he is not helping to someone who has nick like i do. The rest of the team laughed and noone ever came to help. Of course we lost that one and after i said to shaco that this loss is his fault he called me salty and asked everyone to report me. Of course, at that moment i chose to be salty and stopped going in teamfights and started wondering around jungle doing nothing and waiting for the match to end. The thing i'm trying to say is, i will stop playing this game because of it, it's not enjoyable any more. After 5 years of playing (my main was in EU acc but i have moved temporary to CA and opened new account so i don't have to transfer my old one, on which i play occasionally with my team) i'm about to quit the game because trying to play anything else except of 5 premade is just not fun. I have like 99.5% chance of getting at least one troll in team and thus the match is over even before it has begun. Of course there are extremely rare cases where the opposite team is made of same trolls, so in those moments it can be fun, but losing 8 matches to win 2 is no fun at all. I'm trying to report all such players and honor a decent ones but as far as i can see, it makes no difference. They are always the same. You should come up with some new strategy when it comes to player reporting other player bad behavior, or at least make some changes to the ingame block system. If you could do it in the way that when i block someone that means i will never see him again in my team, you would quickly see a huge improvement and decrease in number of posts like mine because there would be fast separations of 2 factions. One of true fans of the game, members that are donating and buying stuff with real money, and the other that is made of trolls and all those players who come in game just to make someone else fun time not so fun. That's all i have to say. Stay good and please stop trolling, and maybe one day i'll be back ;)

A forum post should be like a skirt: Long enough to cover the subject matter, but short enough to keep things interesting.

To wit, though, a block system that prevents you from seeing other players is a good idea in concept, but immensely abusable. See Overwatch as an example as to why.

Overwatch is something completely different and there is no point in mixing fruits and bread crumbs. I enjoy playing against strong opponents but i also dislike playing with a team made of 1 afk, 2 trolls and one guy that doesn't want to surrender even though we are losing match with 5/25 score at 20min of the game. While in overwatch most of the game is linked to one person only, meaning that one good player can pretty much overcome poor play from the rest of it's team, in LoL something like that is not existing, or i haven't seen it yet. As i've said, i have no problem when i'm on my main acc playing with my team, but solo queue is going down the hill at the speed of light.
