Are there differences in the act of reporting on different servers ?

Good night, I have accounts both here and in brazilian server.

While reports here seems to be okay, in Brazil it seems to be useless, like brazilian rioters doesn't give a fuck. I'd like to know if are there differences in the act of reporting on different servers ?

The system is tuned per region, so yes.

In korea server, calling people bronze / silver is punishable. Whilst in NA, I highly doubt people are punished for just telling them to be bronzies / silvers.
