In what way do you struggle most? I may be able to give you advice about a more productive, even-tempered mindset that you can adopt to reform in whatever way you have in mind.

There's no advice for reforming. Don't type. That's it. It is about impossible to be banned if you do not type. Just play the game and don't type.

You should link your chat log-discussion "srsly". You just got a 10 game chat restriction, and should heed the advice there. Definitely refrain from kys. And try to chat about helpful, strategic objectives in the game. If you still struggle with chat, you can hit /mute all at the beginning of the game, although this will not stop others from seeing your chat. You could also play more relaxed game modes, like bots, aram, or rotating game modes.
