Zaryelle3 votesAnyone who makes the game experience negative intentionally, through pinging, blaming, affecting the morale of the team by being overly negative, or purposely assisting the enemy team. Choosing a build that you know does not work at all is trolling too, not at all the same as trying out new builds, but I'm talking about stuff like building full AP on Blitz when you are the support, stuff that would clearly not work.
They can assist the enemy team many ways: entirely ignoring their lane, AFK'ing, dying on purpose, or using CC to help the enemy kill you (like Tahm spitting you into an enemy when you only have 10 hp left, or blitz pulling an enemy to you at the same time, Bard helping an enemy escape by freezing you)

I don't care what you're building if you're not feeding, because obviously you're still trying. It's the people that die 4 times and continue to try and 1v1 the fed enemy laner. Those are the trollos.
Zaryelle1 votesI specified as support though, AP Blitz isn't the worst thing you can do but it's not really good as support. He needs to be a little tanky/more sustain or he won't live long at bot lane. That was a bad example anyways because there are some builds that obviously won't work under any circumstance that can certainly be called troll builds, like going AP on champs that don't get any benefit from AP, or going full AD on a champion that relies mainly on AP spells, getting no tanky items at all on a champion that is meant to be a tank.
I really hate when people try to say that you can only build a champ a certain way, but at the same time there are some builds that are not taking advantage of any of the champions' strengths so there's no way they can compete with the same champ using items that make the most of their strengths. A troll build can still win if the player is a lot more skilled than the person they're against, but that doesn't mean it's a viable build.

The OP is using his permabanned from the Rift account to speak currently. If you look at some of his other boards you see him promoting how toxic he is on his game account and doing things like down vote if you want me immune to bans. So he will take any jabs at blues or really anything for attention.
