Teammates arguing with each other.

I am tired of losing games because of team arguments. For example one player says something negative about another teammate, the other teammate gets mad and says "open lane", "i dont want to play with this teammate" "i go troll". The 2 rivals then decide to both intentionally feed, making it impossible for the rest of the team to win the game. This is happening way to often now.
