Since season 8 there has been an increase of complaint threads about intentional feeders and rage quitters. Many players have noticed more intentional feeders or rage quitters in their games. Riot hasn't done anything to improve the punishment system. The intentional feeders and rage quitters are making players lose interest in the game.
I haven't noticed any increase, but you are 100% correct when you say that Riot hasn't improved their punishment system. It doesn't seem they have any intention to, either.
i wouldnt say they won. i agree on the following: there are WAY more riot does not give out ANY information regarding their ideas/plans to fight of the trolls the current chat system does favor trolls.
i dont agree on them winning them ruining the game.
I would say - there are less of those people. Mb im playing at wrong time on wrong server though.
Tbh I remember the amount of trolls being worse a few years back.
