How quickly can one gain honor checkpoints?

So I got banned a few months ago, (huge lesson learned) and now I'm trying to work my way up to honor 2 to obtain ranked rewards

I went from dishonorable to honor 1, checkpoint 2

So I have about 29 days to get 2 more honor checkpoints. Is it possible to do this with 3-4 games a day?

should be if you play honorable and dont get any report flags slowing the honor grind down

It's about one checkpoint per 2 months of gameplay based on about 8 games per day.

I have gotten one checkpoint around every 11 days for good behavior so far as long as i was playing everyday and several games a day. Haven't kept track of how many games per day but it also seemed like even when I didn't play as many it was still 11 days as long as I stayed on good behavior.

idk if you can gain honor from aram but maybe it'll be faster than sr? usually people would honor you if you contributed enough and doesn't flame anyone
