i just got a fcking leaverbuster unjustified wtf. my internet cuts out, i disconnect, i reconnect and we win the game and i get busted? fck you

You have to miss more than one game to get leaverbustered. If your internet is so bad that you're missing several minutes in several games a week, you should see to that before queuing up.
Leaverbuster punishments are not handed out for individual leaves, they are given for leaving games at an unacceptable rate.
Your computer and connection are your responsibility. While it may not be predictable, it is still your responsibility. Everyone is given some slack for w/e issues they may have, you have just used it up already. This is working as intended.
