...Scanning files. me and my friends clients have constantly been needing to scan files...all 11,000 of them. Rito pls ETA for fix?

All of my files have been scanned and it won't let me go past 33%. This is completely frustrating.

I have scanned 24,330 files and its still going it has been 3 hours now.

I was playing that new mode maybe 15 min. ago and then suddenly my ping went up to 500 and there was a message on the screen Attempting to reconnect then I waited for it around 10 min nothing happend after that my laptop and my modem went crazy for no reason. I turned them off and then opened again and now LoL client scanning files with 33% idk WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON TBH!!!

I still get stuck at 99 percent 0kbps after waiting over an hour scanning files at 33 percent.

Same issue and I´m from LAN. Just doesn´t work.

I´m in curse voice with my friends WHO ARE CONNECTED AND PLAYING (In the LAN server of course) as I try and do EVERYTHING in your technical assistance webpage with no results. Just gets stuck in 33%. Look, I´m not mad or anything but come on Riot, your patch 5.3 was buggy right from the start and you know it.

I´ll be patient and just stack my Rod of Ages while I wait till tomorrow to see if anything has happened. Thanks before hand for all your hard work Riot and hopefully this does get assessed soon enough.

Files scanned states that it is OVER NINE THOUSAND......

If you wanna fix it, heres what you do, It takes a long ass time, but its less time than re-installing and it's better than being forced to quit. Open your File Manager, go to your C Drive. Then, click on the 'Riot Games' Folder. Then click on League Of Legends, then RADS. After that, click on the 'lol_game_client' folder. Then, delete the file titled 'filearchives'. Then, open up your client again, and commence the re-patch! Hope this helps you guys :)

That IS the fix. They put out a smaller patch recently that fixes the 99% issue most people got with patch 5.3

This new patch scans over files, some people it takes a bit and others it doesn't. Once it's done scanning, everything is fine.

same thing i left and turned off my computer after playing the new mode then when i got back it started the file thing its been going for an hour and is at 1300. Riot please help

This was the second time in three days that the patcher did this to me, the first time I scanned to about 7K and it finally started loading, this time it scanned to 9789 and literally just loaded now. Ridiculous.
