Make a way to toggle the chat button off.

I dont understand why there is a way to toggle off every feature in the game except the chat. If you guys made ENTER not work for chatting, that would make it so much better to stop being toxic. I know you say "drag chat off screen" but its so easy to drag it right back on. And for everyone saying "just dont be toxic" yeah ok. But can someone tell me if this would be a good idea? It seems like a really easy thing to add into the game. Thank you.
