How long support takes to respond back

Does anyone know how long it'll take for support to respond back on a ban cause i'm just trying to understand why i was banned cause i didn't receive a email or anything on why i was banned

usually within 24 hours, but it might take longer depending on the volume of tickets they are recieving.
