I just got banned and i don't know why i haven't received a email or anything

(Please read whole thing) Well i was playing a ranked game and we won and i didn't flame anyone that game I don't actually flame that much unless it's someone trolling but i tried playing another ranked game and it wouldn't let me so i restarted my league and it said i received a permanent ban and to go check my email for details i don't understand because 1. i have never received a ban before this or even a chat ban and 2. i never received a email explaining my ban ik what your all going to say maybe i got banned cause of my name and i can explain that before i actually loved league i thought this game was a joke so i made my name this and they i actually started to like league and i played it a lot i've been playing for at least 4 years and never had a problem with my name and if riot didn't like my name they should of banned me for two weeks and told me to change my name i would of went and went to the store and bought some rp and changed my name i have no problem with changing my name if you wanna read more or leave a comment on my support ticket click on the link above but if anyone can help it's be every helpful but yeah that's it i hope i get unbanned i was on the climb in ranked and i finally just got good at adc and i was really proud of myself when i seen i was banned i was actually really sad but i love league i always think about it and think of ways to get better this is really my favorite game
