Yes. Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards this, and its common usage is well known and highly toxic. If you wanted to say something else, there is no reason to use this abbreviation.
If you bring pre-made jokes out of your pre-made (i.e. exposing the other two players in your game to them) then you are held responsible for what you type. Otherwise you can talk in Discord or use the /whisper chat to talk to just a single player.
