The Instant Feedback System evolves with the community and one of the biggest changes over the last couple of years is moving toward "KYS" being seen as severe harassment warranting an escalated ban. You should keep in mind that the 14-day is a "last chance" punishment. The next step will be a perma.
Riot has said certain things are immediate 2 week bans. If you didn't know before.... you know now.

Without seeing the rest of the chat logs, and having only this to go on, I would have to say yes. Riot has a zero-tolerance policy towards any sort of death-threat or death-wish towards another player, and telling another player to kill themselves not just once, but multiple times, is certainly worthy of punishment. Be glad that you were given the leniency of a 14 day suspension and not an immediate permanent suspension, which they could have done.

That is the easiest way to get banned and everyone is glad that it is.
