How do i deal with toxic pugs?

I was playing a custom game with some randoms, and some of the players on the enemy team were saying that i was shit at the game, and being toxic in general mind you, I'm a silver 4, and the dude who was being toxic was supposedly "diamond 2" on his main. He then started acting like annie with point and click abilities takes skill, and that teemo doesn't, and idk how I am supposed to put myself in the position that I would not have to deal with toxic players like that. The annie said that he has had 3 accounts banned for toxicity in the past, so on this account, he is only gold 2. I don't know if riot can do something about him, but im not sure if anything would matter, because i reported him, but nothing will seem to happen, as with other people ive reported, whereas if i get reported in a premade, then i get muted. Edit: By the way, haven't heard "PuG" since I quit WoW ~5 years ago. I was briefly picturing chubby dogs leaking green goo.

You should not name them on the boards unless you want to be shot by the moderators.
