How do i deal with teammates who flame me for trying to carry them?

I was playing as a tryndamere top earlier, and I had the most damage to objectives on my team, but when i went to split, the 3 players that were not even playing well, but not feeding, were flaming me, and I don't know why they are even allowed to play, like, i got both top towers, mid tower, and all the jungle did, was take a solo drag, as we spam pinged him to help with baron, i was able to 2v4 at baron pit, and then the lee starts flaming me for dying, to their super fed kog maw, that he and bot lane inted into. I get tilted very easily, and I want to know how to 1) deal with the rage of carrying people who feed, and 2) how to carry harder.
