Got autobanned for 14 days after explaining the meaning of kys

Played a game in normal. A heimer on the other team straight up inted the first minute of the game because another player banned his champ on the selection screen. My team and I started to talk very casually about that kind of behavior. Heim was very toxic in /all chat. I said that I usually never talk like that ever since i was banned about 2 years ago for a "kys" comment, admitting it was dumb af. Someone on the team asked what kys meant and I simply said it in chat. No one really cared since it was between us and not aimed at anyone. I also stated that riot was right to ban me for this.

Welp... next thing I know, my account was banned again for explaining what kys meant. That's a low blow Riot. Also check what the bot flagged as innaproprite in my chat log and couldnt really see what i did wrong. The bot also mention I was reported 19 games over 20. Meanwhile, i'm almost always playing /mute all. Either the bot is very wrong or players don't understand the meaning of toxixity. I'm at level 2 honor on a lvl 21 account. It makes no sense.

thats a very smart thing to do when the system is a BOT who doesnt know context and goes by "you chat what you want so its your own fault"

sorry but that 14 day ban is justified just for the stupidity. since youre only lv 21, i recommend you make a new acc

also the amount of times you get repoted doesnt really matter. people report you for anything even if you dont say anything and solo carry, its not that unlikely that your entire team reports you cause reasons

My goodness. Its early morning, are people having a grumpy morning because most of the comments I read are dead-on stuck at telling him that he deserves a punishment. OP has no reason to be punished at all. Yeah, he made a silly mistake explaining what happened with his last account and got induced into spelling out the meaning of the acronym 'kys'. He's chatting, he's not being toxic.

The Riot bot has an excuse for punishing him by accident because it does not understand the context. We humans aren't bots. We can clearly read and see that he was explaining the meaning of the acronym. Because by that stubborn logic, people explaining what racism means in real life or over the internet are being racist too. Using phrases like 'n-word' to explain that what it stands for.

OP, I don't think that you should be punished at all! Open a ticket and show this to them. You definitely don't need to be punished if this was all there was to it.

Didn't read any of the comments just here to tell you that Riot will most likely lift it if you contact their support because the intend behind the words is very clearly not malicious.

Post your chatlog here, maybe you did something else. Also, if you were reported 19 times, that means it must have been more than 1 game, so probably you have more than 1 game in your reform card. I highly doubt you explained kys in multiple games.
If this is what really happened, you can try submit a support ticket and pray for a support with actual brain, in this case then ban should be lifted.
DO NOT USE THE CHAT AT ALL, OR YOU RISK GETTIN' BANNED.

Ps.: I report everyone who plays bad for toxic chat (too), since that's more likely he will get banned. Maybe you just had bad games.
