Toxic people not getting banned or a warning

I don't know if it's just me but i've been in soo many games where there are toxic people and riot is doing nothing about it. Back in season 6 and 7 i would report them and i would actually get a response, now a days i get nothing. In game i constantly get people calling me bad at the game or having them consistently harass me and what do they get? Nothing at all. This has been an issue that i've been dealing with and nothing has been done. I even get the other team to report the certain player by explaining what the problem was and still no answer. Riot please fix this ban/warning system

Just remember not to call a troll a troll, or else YOU get chat restricted! Such a fresh change of pace from having the person who deserves punishment walk away scot-free while the person pointing out the bad behavior becomes a criminal.

Not really much of an issue. Calling someone "bad" shouldn't be bannable in the first place. Riot is already strict enough when it comes to banning for chat. Trolling, feeding and AFKing are the issues.

It takes time for the system to catch them all. Just mute and report them as they come and it will catch up to them eventually.

Basically you just don't understand how the system works. It is working fine (otherwise you wouldn't see all the threads complaining about bans right?)

1: You only get notification that someone was punished if you were the final report that got em. AKA the final nail in the coffin. If you report someone and 1 game later then end up getting punished because they hit that magical threshold, you wont get notified but the system still works.

2: 1 report = 9 reports. It is a waste of time trying to convince anyone else in a game to report someone. 1 report is all it takes per game to flag the system.

Why you don't want to get better instead of reporting others ? Or the whole satisfaction for you is to get instant feedback rather than game play ?

Don't worry, they are improving their system, now it bans anyone who type kys and let go who type kill yourself, living joke.

That instant response thing doesn't work very well anymore, and honestly should just be disabled if it hasn't been already.
