Fixing people who go through leavers/trollers in game

I don't know about you guys but i absolutely hate people who troll in my games or leave the game. It ruins the fun for everyone and creates bad environment. It's something that we have no control over the other person trolling/leaving. I say that with season 8 coming up there should be a system that you gain the LP back when a teammate gets punished for the actions that he caused. It would just make more sense. I've repeatedly had people in my game leave or troll during a RANKED game which makes it even worse and i lose LP for something that i have no control over. I would just like to see a system that would make sense and not punish the people that had to go through and lose LP. Nothing of that sort makes sense and with this new system it would make the people happier that had to go through it. Hopefully this gets publicity so that riot can see it and actually listen to the community and actually do something that the whole community wants changed cough cough NOT GAINING BLUE ESSENCE FOR GAMES cough cough
