The Low Tiers of Ranked

Today I'm bringing my case up The low tiers of ranks now although some of you maybe like "We don't care about bronze/silver because i'm gold/plat/etc." Or "I don't care because bronze/silver ranked players are bad, and if you complain about the ranking your in that means your bad and you can't carry yourself out of silver/bronze" What I'm stating is that the lower tiers of ranks are horrendous, there are so many abusive players that if you have a bad game and feed "Olaf ruined the game, he shouldn't play anymore, uninstall plz, gg olaf fed, report pl0x" This , IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! This only makes you or the player your flaming worse and doing so they will lose their self confidence and not play anymore, seriously, think about it, I think I had one time where a kid, told me to "Kill yourself and drink bleach" because I went 0/3. Can we please have a new option for reporting people so something is done about it as soon as possible? something like "If they harassed you severely, press this button to bring up chat logs and copy paste them into the report box so we can investigate asap." Honestly, it makes you not want to play ranked, you really don't want to play but you do because you want to get to gold, but even my friend who is diamond 3 cannot carry a bronze game... this is how bad players are now a days... can you fix the match making so smurfing accounts don't get into bronze games "ON PURPOSE" Because that's annoying and then unfair advantages happen.

if someone is harassing you, Mute them and report them after game.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying here, but it's already against the ToS to harass someone.

If you want to change the lower ranked, stop taking bold stands against the people already in violation of the rules, and start encouraging people to read guides. That's a massive problem in the lower ranks - zero research. You'll change the level of toxicity if you move the ball in that direction.

Honestly players flame in all elos so that doesn't really change. Best thing to do is play the game the way you know and try your best. Try to work with your teammates the best you can and keep an open mind. If someone is being a dick then just mute them.

I will admit I have been flaming hard in some games this season. But honestly its more in retaliation rather than me just randomly flaming people. Either way it doesn't matter and is bad/unhelpful and is re-portable. The best thing to do is just mute the flamers and play the game. That is what I am back to doing.

I give each teammate a chance and the benefit of doubt but first time I see a really stupid statement or flame I just mute them.

I think players are getting better not worse. Diamond players should be able to carry a bronze game easy. If it was flex queue then they might struggle to beat an organized team.

Biggest difference between gold and silver is focusing more on yourself and less on what your team says. I try my best to work with my team, but I also improved my knowledge of the game and how to win so I try to stand by what I know as well. I am obviously not close to pro so I make poor decisions a lot as well. But I know I make good enough decisions a majority of the time to reach gold elo as I ranked multiple accounts there last season. Its there where I find enemy players harder to outplay but also seem to think similarly to my teammates. To get a higher rank I have to improve.

Since its the start of the season looking at ranks don't really matter. But I can't stand if someone who was a tier rank lower than me last season calls me out on something that I don't agree with. I know I am far from perfect but if I see someone was silver 3 last season I just can't take them seriously most of the time. Especially since I play jungle so I am used to flame but generally a silver 2-3 player will say some stupid shit like "wow already been ganked 3 times gg our jungle useless" or w/e random other bs they want to spew. When I see those words I know that player has the wrong attitude and impression of the game and I instantly mute them. But it really doesn't matter. Even if someone is a higher rank or says something correct about a bad play I made if their a dick there is no reason to not mute them. It just tilts you and makes you play worse.
