if i get too much downvotes? what happens if i get downvotes? do i get the hextech stuffs restricted as well?
Last time i got downvoted because i asked what PSA means in these forums. (i think)

Downvotes don't do anything. You can get banned from the boards if you break the Universal Rules (a lot), but it'd have no effect on your League account.
Nope. Its just the communities thoughts on a topic. Though sometimes the community can be harsh with their downvotes at times.
Yes. You can be banned for anything. Becareful if you post a thread with wrong tilte.... you get eaten.
You can get banned from Boards but I don't think it affects ingame.
(PSA means Public Service Announcement)
In riot you get report/banned if you say anything that its not possitive, doesnt matter if its true, makes me wonder what is the difference between North Korea and Riot.
