So this Draven is feeding like 0/3 and I tell him to play safe and so he doesn't play safe instead he says " just wait till i get my yomous we will win " so at the end of the game he is 7/14 and we lost !?!?!?!? wtf???

No, thats feeding. INT feeding is when u enter game with sole purpose of giving enemy kills, without doing damage, trying to get turrets, farm etc. Feeding= ok, not banable. Even 0:15 is fine as long as u try. INTENTIONAL feeding= not ok, banable.
And yes, its just a game.

Doesnt matter what you would or wouldnt say, your match history shows that he did decent ammount of damage to enemy, high farm, his death locations. It wasnt intentional feeding.
