Honour ribbons should be viable in dynamic queue. ( Tottally not me being bias. )

I don't think this has been brought up yet, but honour ribbons have been getting less, and less attention from the guys at Riot everyday. All it means is a small change to the overlay of dynamic queue, but it also means a lot of impact. If you guys are okay with editing and tweaking hextech crafting's overlay with certain skin types and gemstones, this shouldn't be too hard.

If this doesn't get fixed, it won't be anything big, but I'll tell you one thing
