Ban question

So essentially I got banned for calling someone an idiot after he flamed me and the entire team win much MUCH worse throughout the entire game. Now I was coming off a two week ban from a couple months back and they decided that my “toxic” behavior was permanent ban worthy. When I questioned the mod about the chat in game and how he can look at the log and view my position or what a said as toxic he just copypastad me with the standard league ban talk. I don’t understand how one toxic player can flame everyone all game and say horrible things but I say he’s an idiot after he’s called me everything isn’t he book but that makes me toxic and banworthy off this guys report. I get the whole “it’s your choice and your action” argument but I feel like saying idiot once to someone who may as well be the Hamlet of flame that only brought everyone on the team down makes me toxic and deserving of a permav ban especially after a couple months of nothing but honors and good behavior. Does it seem like something I should contest more?
