Ive gotten two chat restricts now for simply saying you're going to get banned for being toxic and that they are bronze elo. You literally can't say anything in this game with us wussy riot hitting you with some sort ban/chat restrict. They literally say in the load in screen 'BSING IS OKAY, RACIAL SLURS ISN'T'. Everything I've done has been BSING. Yet im getting penalized for something that is ACCEPTED.
If you truly believe you’ve done nothing wrong, I recommend you post your chat logs. If you didn’t do anything wrong, you’ll likely get support and upvotes, and possibly even a Rioter’s attention. If you did do something wrong, people can help you identify what that was.
Keep in mind that using someone’s rank as a starting point to harass them is not acceptable, nor is using their negative behavior and the threat of a report to harass them. While neither of those things will be punished if said once in a game, if you use them to harass people constantly over the length of a game it certainly is toxic.

this sentence kinda refers to a personal attack which is not allowed by IFS so I'd recommend you not to use this sentence again or similar ones, just do not say anything or if they are negative towards you write "ok" or "right" or "sure" smiley faces, question marks, "xd" or "lmao" anything like that will tilt them even more increasing their chance of getting punished and keeping you on the clean side, BUT DO NOT intentionally force players to be toxic.

this one can also be considered as moral degradation that you're reminding them that they are the lowest possible ELO and reducing their moral and will to try to win the game so yes it can be considered as toxicity it depends on the person you're talking to and how sensitive he/she is.

If you think what you said is acceptable open that support ticket and tell them that logs or you're lying kinda the status quo on the boards but if you did receive a legitimate punishment it means you're to some degree toxic but have the chance to reform
