riot lets trolls win, period

Everyone knows how toxic and unfairly rude this community is, and riot continues to do fucking nothing about it an ruins the game for many, whether or not its blaming teammates or intentionally feeding lanes, riot needs to devise a way to look into the replys and the chat and who knows maybe more. our accounts are worth hundreds of dollars, and i for one am tired of being placed with toxic members of the community who should be playing on an entirely different server then people who dont have anger issues and mental problems

I agree with the title. Not the argument.

The ragers are not all mental. They are normal people that have been slowly turned into raving lunatics in a game where all the power is given to the trolls.

Players feel helpless, unheard. Frustration grows, and over time do crazier and crazier things in desperation to get some sort of reaction.

Solving the issue is not simple, to say the least....

Although it is if you are harsh. Similar to history when you stole, your hand was cutoff. The point was to set an example to stop other people from stealing. You create a great fear of stealing, cut off a few hands to prove you'll do it, stealing declines in popularity.

In a similar fashion I think they just delete account instantly. For gameplay, not chat, let chat do whatever the fuck it wants, players can just mute the clowns. Its not complex.

Setup some clearly defined rules, again, not simple, but figure it out- and delete the troll fucks.

i agree beyond words for sure, i think that the punishment should be set around gameplay, how many years has is been that when u get on xbox the first words u hear are i wanna fuck ur mom, yet xbox is still around n flourishing. i definitely agree with you. too much intentional feeding and trolling that is never punished and instead the one who told him fuck you gets the ban. you have a great take on it an well said

Just a recent example if a gameplay punishment. There are others, they get punished. Doesn't mean you should get a free pass to be a jerk in chat. Xbox text messages/bios were subject to punishments. Voice comms are harder due to dialects and what not.

Unfortunately, most people who come trying to complain about trolling punishments seem to delete their threads when they are called out on their “legitimate” behavior.

haha i feel you are right, although i believe its because those people are mad they got banned and want to justify it to others, yet it makes no difference, i still think that the system riot is using is not quite fair to the community who does habitually bully people or troll games. i cant say exactly the solution but whats going on right now frustrated alot of players everywhere.
