so i just recieved a 10-game chat restriction because i was mad after someone intentionally fed my lane,(we know you can see the games riot so why do u punish me for what really happened, u can watch the fuckin replay. and u say u punish players who ruin the game for others. clearly these are empty words. why am i to be punished for this, yet another example of your blanket punishments when i recieved no notification that this person had be punish for intentionally feeding my lane. i want an explanation for this riot because this is utter bullshit an clearly u dont give a shit about ur community members who are at the hands of the feeders an trolls.

Because confirming an intentional feeding, griefing, or trolling case typical takes longer. Much of the community can't 100% agree on what is or is not one of the mentioned. Meanwhile, chat is simple to review and handle. Their behavior does not excuse your behavior.

Believe or not, the reform card only shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior, doesn't mean you were punished for 1 game alone and that game shown isn't the only case you were judged upon.

The system punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many games of mild toxicity. Your chat restriction punishment is typically an accumulation of many games of harassment.

If you want, you can send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them how many games were considered in your punishment. Their answer will suprise you.

You were not punished for getting mad. I get mad in games all the time, just ask my wife...

You were punished for taking your anger out in chat, which is not acceptable. They don't need to watch the replay to see that you broke the rules in Chat. Even if they did intentionally feed, that does not give you the right to break the rules in chat.
