So recently i came acros this player who wishe my mom would die of cancer. The harsh fact is that my mom is actually dying of cancer. I told him that but he kept going on with insults about cancer. I think people like this should be perma banned from this game. They have a bad influence on others and the community.

I'm sorry to hear you had to put up with that. That sort of thing has no place in League. Reporting them post-game is the best way to handle the situation, as it's the most effective at bringing them to Riot's attention.
