I know iver been very toxic in these games, but ive seen far worse, do u really think at 14 day is needed and not a chat ban ??

That's all you need. That is what got the 2 week. Without that this is a chat ban at worst but with this one little line of text you crossed the threshold of what is generally acceptable in league. Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech and promoting self harm.

I won't repeat what others have said here, but I will say that it doesn't matter if other people are behaving worse as their poor behavior will never excuse or justify your own. If someone is being verbally abusive and disruptive in the chat then just mute, report and move on instead of making the situation worse than it already is.

Telling someone to kill themselves should result in permanent ban. 14 days ban is your warning

You don't get free passes for low punishments.

Each punishment is proportional to your offense. If you have a higher level offense, it doesn't matter that it's your first time. You get that higher level punishment.

As someone who's been through legitimate medicated depression, telling someone "kys" is totally not cool. I think that's enough to earn the ban by itself, biased that I am. However, we also lack knowledge of anything outside that game that may have contributed to your ban.
