Riot admin caught telling me I'm banned for no reason (nightmare ticket story)

Hey guys, I've been playing league of legends since season 3, I've been a loyal fan and customer to Riot and have spent multiple hundred dollars on the game because I love the game right? Well just last a week or so ago I tried to log into the game it said I was banned indefinitely, so I checked my email and it said that I was botting or hacking. I have no idea why it said that I was hacking because I've never let anyone play on my account I know this for a fact, and the computer I play on is a personal desktop. I have only been in bronze / silver elo, what could have made them think I was botting or hacking? I will post below links to my lolking and match history and all you guys will see is average bronze / silver tier games! No 30 - 0s, nothing at all like that! When I looked around on the forums, I found that there was a banwave of people who modified their clients using something like lone wolf?? (correct me if I'm wrong) So I created a ticket to Riot and it took them a while to get to me, but I was ok with that. My first message back from them was that they checked my account and no compromises were made, my elo didn't raise any alarms and my match history seemed ok, but I was still convicted of hacks and is therefore a lifetime ban. How is this even possible? I have been playing on a regular game the whole time and they won't even give me any evidence of me doing so. I made another account playing on the same client that I have been on the whole time and I asked them to check to see if that account was running on a hacked client, but they said they can't check to see if that one is playing on a hacked client, but they "recommend reinstalling my client so there won't be any confusion". WHAT?? WAS IT A BUG IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT GOT ME BANNED FOR NO REASON?? That is literally outrageous!! I lost multiple hundreds of dollars worth of skins for nothing!

I just think that it is really ironic, the game that promotes the Tribunal, player fairness, and justice won't serve justice from their own fault to one of their own loyal players and customer.

They don't ban you for no reason. They just can't tell you what they caught you with because it only enables cheaters to know what they can get away with.

The PBM forums are used to people saying they've been treated unfairly and then shown evidence that the ban is completely justified. You'll be a lot more convincing with screenshots of the ticket posts back and forth. I'm personally quite intrigued by the notion of "we found nothing wrong with your client, but you are still banned" but at the moment I only have your word for it that anything like that was said.

Sadly there's very little you can do. The problem is that you have no proof to show them that you don't cheat and they have evidence that you possibly cheat. So unless you show them proof that you have no cheats, you're going to remain banned.

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it. The Terms of Service me, you and everyone else accepts every time there is a patch pretty much 100% screws you over in cases like this:

If they feel the need to ban your account indefinitely they have every right to do so. Sorry man, if you're telling the 100% honest truth in this post, which I'm a bit skeptical about until proven otherwise with screen shots, etc. Then I feel for you. However even if everything you say happened exactly as you say it did, they still technically don't need a reason to remove your account. Nor do they have to reinstate it.

im got ban because im re toxik kata not got ban,......... start game start toxik alll team 14 feeds and im got ban with 3 dies lost game becaujse fedders always fuk game/............................ why not ban toxik and feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeders players why always ban goiod players because admins cowards afraid strong oponents beetter ban whemmmmmmmmmmmm,.... never ban peoples for feeed or for negative fuking noobs just fukk all time games peoples like good and long maches but here someoine goes feed and stil can play rankeds ban fedders and losers from rankeds when peoples not stfu not toxik fuking idiots admins nbever whach for what u toxik......................................../
